This project features a two-story rear addition that enhances and redefines the living spaces on the first floor and accommodates a new primary suite with an expansive volume ceiling on the second floor. The redesigned roofline and new front dormer create a habitable attic while maintaining a harmonious massing that complements the surrounding context. This thoughtful massing coupled with the exposed rafter tails, shake siding, half-round gutters, and trim details help to breathe new life into the exterior of the home.
